Poster Display for Individual Registered Attendee
- A Reflection of Healthy Communities in Action
A limited number of spaces for posters are now offered to registered attendees on a first come, first serve basis.
DESIGN AND LAYOUT:
- Displays are limited to a 2’x3’ tabletop poster on stand - one display poster per registered attendee/organization.
- Must be from a legitimate organization, not an individual's cause
- Exhibits are to represent activities, projects, and or programs - A Reflection of Healthy Communities in Action
- Must be informational only
- Your poster does not have to be professionally printed, but graphics should be simple, colorful (if possible), well labeled, and legible.
POSTER DISPLAY:
- Location: all posters will be displayed at the East Valley Institute of Technology Main Lobby Area - 8a - 4p
- Posters will be display on shared 8’ rectangle un-skirted table - two display posters per table
- Accompanying collateral materials welcome. Company table banners are welcome.
- Please bring with you any materials needed to affix the poster to the tabletop. Stands will not be provided.
- Organization/individual are responsible for their own delivery and set-up of poster display.
- Organization/individual must be available to attend your poster during break time to entertain questions from attendees.
- Technical equipment (such as electricity, data-lines, TV/DVD player) will not be available for use. All material used to display the poster will be the sole responsibility of the registered attendee.
DAY OF CONFERENCE:
EVIT doors open at 7:30a. There will be volunteers on-site to assist and direct you to your table assignment. Exhibit and poster displays will be shown throughout the conference day.
