Conference EVENT SPONSORS
An 8' x 3' exhibit display table for promotional materials will be reserved for your organization.  Company table banners are welcome.  Click here and confirm if you will  / will not be needing a table.  Exhibit / Display tables will be displayed in the main Lobby Area of EVIT: 

1. All company collateral materials must be placed on the display table, easel or portable panel. Any portable panel must be placed behind display table and cannot obstruct traffic flow.
   
2. Platinum and Gold Sponsors:  If you are planning to bring a banner and would like it hung, banners must be at EVIT on Tues March 22, no later than 12noon.  Please email to [email protected] for shipping details. 

Registered Conference Attendees
A limited number of spaces for posters are now offered to registered conference attendees on a first come, first serve basis. Displays are limited to a 2'x3' tabletop poster on stand with accompanying collateral materials (see sample on right). If you are interested, please send an email to Sylvia Waynick at [email protected].  If you would like to display a poster but have not yet  registered, REGISTER NOW before all spaces are gone.  Posters will be displayed in the conference meeting area of EVIT.

Poster Requirements: 

• Must be from a legitimate organization, not an individual's cause
• Must be related to health
• Must be informational only

if you plan to hang a poster, please use push pins or scotch tape. The walls are made of foam acoustic paneling so typically only a poster made from paper will stay up.

Doors open at 7:00am on Wednesday March 23

Table cover clothes and skirts will be provided.
