Val Iverson has led Arizona Housing Alliance since its inception in 2008. She has over 25 years of experience in community development research, policy development, advocacy, and finance. Val has also been a founding board member of several non-profit advocacy organizations. Val holds a MBA in Finance from Syracuse University and a Masters in Economic Geography from New Mexico State University.

Sylvia Waynick joined the Alliance in 2013, Sylvia coordinates member services, fundraising events and sponsorship's. She worked for JP Morgan Chase for 11 years and has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Masters Degree in business administration with Warren National University.
