Who We Are - The Arizona Housing Alliance is a statewide 501(c) (3) organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for all Arizonans by ensuring access to safe, decent and affordable homes.

What Sponsorship Means - Arizona Housing Alliance is committed to education and advocacy at every level to ensure that affordable housing is a recognized need in every jurisdiction, that everyone in the community knows where the affordable homes are and that strategies and resources are in place to create more affordable housing. Where Will We Play - For the 6th year in a row, Arizona Housing Alliance is piggybacking its premier fundraising event on the Arizona Housing Forum which will be held August 26-28 at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel. Rather than subject you to a sweltering round of golf in August in Phoenix, we are trying something new and different this year.  Our event will be held at Topgolf Scottsdale.

What is TopGolf? - Fun and competitive golf takes on new meaning when playing a round at Topgolf Scottsdale.  Topgolf is the premier golf entertainment complex where the competition of sport meets your favorite local hangout. Anyone can play Topgolf, from aspiring golf pros to those who’ve never walked 18 holes. All you have to do is swing a club and try to hit your microchipped balls into dartboard-like targets. Teams challenge each other to addictive point-scoring golf games. Just picture a 240 yard outfield with dartboard-like targets in the ground. The close to the center or “bulls-eye” you get and the father out you hit your microchipped balls, the more points you receive.

Sponsorship Levels and Opportunities - All golfers receive 3 hours of Topgolf play including a lifetime membership card that keeps track of your score history from any game you’ve ever played, free club rentals (including clubs for the lefties), and a dedicated ambassador for game demonstration. Golf Registration and Commitment Form - Sponsorship and/or Individual player registration can be made online or by mail.   Mailed Registration and Commitment Form must be postmark no later than Friday August 14.

Registration deadline is Friday August 14 at 5pm (mst).

Cancellation / Refund Policy - Unable to attend, no need to cancel, you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge. To request a cancellation or to make a change please send an email to Sylvia Waynick at [email protected].

Timeline:

• Cancellations on or before August 7, 2015 will receive a 100 percent refund of the registration fee.
  
• Cancellations on August 8 or before August 14, 2015 will receive a 50 percent refund of the registration fee.
• Cancellations after August 14, 2015 (including no-shows) will not be eligible for any refund of the registration fee.
  

Direction, Parking and Bus Transportation - The Arizona Housing Alliance has made arrangements with Arizona Corporate Coach to assist participants in getting to and from Arizona Biltmore to TopGolf Scottsdale.  If you wish to take advantage of the transportation means, you may do so at the registration contact site.  Round trip bus fee: $20
